Last night: the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra with the beautiful rhythmic piece Antrópolis (2018) by Gabriela Ortiz that reminded of Philip Glass' Powaqqatsi and a tearjerking second movement of Ravel's Piano Concerto in G major with Daniel Ciobanu on piano. And a very enjoyable Bolero!

Very happy with this incredible record by Died Pretty from 1986. Indie rock in which you can hear the vast Australian landscape. I bet @billjanovitz listened to this one a lot. The track Just Skin is a sister to the @buffalotomband-track Skeleton Key. I discovered Died Pretty through the Downunder lists by Paul Schwarte and Notenzumgeräusch only last year. Unfortunately their lead singer Ron S. Peno passed away in August. Thanks to my bro @coenoscarpolack for fishing it out of the @concertorecordstore crates at the @labelmarkt in Amsterdam.
